At Estringo, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless from the moment you place an order to when it arrives at your doorstep. This Delivery Policy outlines important information regarding shipping options, timelines, and costs.

1. Delivery Locations

We offer delivery to the following locations:

  • Within Egypt: We deliver to all governorates and regions across Egypt.
  • International Delivery: At the moment, we do not offer international delivery. Please check back later for updates on international shipping.

2. Shipping Time

2.1. Standard Shipping (Within Egypt)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping times may vary based on your location and external factors such as holidays or high-demand periods.

3. Order Processing

3.1. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct to avoid delays.

3.2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business business days after they are placed. Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons or sales events, order processing times may be extended.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or shipping delays.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier makes 3 delivery attempt in 3 different days and no one is available to receive the package, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse and order will be cancelled automatically

You will be responsible for any additional delivery charges resulting from multiple delivery attempts or incorrect address details.

6. Changing or Canceling an Order

6.1. Changing Delivery Address

If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

6.2. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
